In a survey of “Best Cities for Women Business\,” Los Angeles ranked #70 for African-American women\, #131 for Hispanics women and #78 for all women. Other West Coast cities weren’t far from Los Angeles on the list: \n\n 8. Spokane\, WA\n30. Fresno\, CA\n43. Tucson\, AZ\n75. Riverside\, CA\n76. Phoenix\, AZ\n78. Los Angeles\, CA\n80. Sacramento\, CA\n89. San Francisco\, CA\n92. San Diego\, CA\n100. San Jose\, CA\n\nLet’s talk about the good\, the bad and well\, the ugly truth. We need a change in how we build supportive professional relationships. We can only change what we acknowledge.
