Defeating Imposter Syndrome

Overcoming that gut feeling that you aren’t good enough isn’t easy to overcome and prevails among high-achieving women and men.

On Wednesday, March 27th, from 6 – 8 PM, The Bella Network will share some best practices that can put you on the right path to becoming a resilient leader. Often, imposter syndrome comes when we compare ourselves to others without realizing they may be experiencing the same feelings of self-doubt. This session will help us learn how to recognize and admit our vulnerabilities and take steps to stop unwanted behavior.

• If you are experiencing any feelings of self-doubt, insecurity, or fraudulence despite evidence to the contrary, you should attend.
• If you feel you don’t deserve everything you have achieved, you should attend.
• You should attend if you feel less intelligent than others perceive you to be.
• If you have people that you are mentoring who haven’t overcome their insecurities, you should attend.
