What We Know For Sure
We know that when a network of women come together for growth, they expand more than they would alone. Women have unique challenges and are more cautious in how they sponsor, advocate and offer support. It can take people, especially women, years to get enough opportunities to interact with other professionals to achieve supportive relationships. We want women of color to see The Bella Network as the organization that supports them in understanding the rules of engagements for elevating and expanding their careers and businesses both locally and globally.
Women of Color Supporting Each Other
Create a platform that services and addresses head on the unique challenges of women, specifically women of color to encourage women supporting women, women collaborating with women, and women partnering with women by offering transformational events that facilitate building confidence, trust and strategic alliances with each other to empower us to create jobs and economic wealth for our community. In most discussions, our challenges are left out of the narrative. We address the race inequalities that the women’s movement as a whole is ignoring (isolation, lack of opportunity and bias).

We want to be the preeminent global organization for women of color business leaders and recognized for making a profound impact on their advancement in Corporate America and as Entrepreneurs.
Our journey, connections, knowledge and willingness to sponsor, mentor and advocate for others shapes who we become as professionals and entrepreneurs.
We must share that journey openly and be a source of support and inspiration to each other. Career solutions for women of color aren’t one size fits all. We discuss candidly how to handle hard situations differently, with the best possible outcome.
