African Americans and Hispanics households have only 1% of the wealth of Whites in Los Angeles. In a survey of “Best Cities for Women Business,” Los Angeles ranked #70 for African-American women, #131 for Hispanics women and #78 for all women. Other West Coast cities weren’t far from Los Angeles on the list:
