Brainstorm and Share Ideas
Sharing and Coaching: Annual Conference
Establish an annual conference, complemented by monthly and quarterly events, where women can have access to each other at all senior and executive levels, across industries and sectors to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, sponsorship, and innovation. We highlight the experiences of women of color to address the inequalities that most companies and the women’s movement are scared to address.
Elevate our personal career and life journey
Co-Founding: Partnerships & Collaborations
Create opportunities for women entrepreneurs and career women to team up and start companies or grow existing companies or find the talent to grow their small business into large thriving businesses.
Unlock Our Greatest Potential
Professional Development for Seasoned Entrepreneurs and Professional Career Women
Link women to coaches, consultants, and speakers in collaboration with other organizations, and associations, to build their knowledge, expertise and leadership skills for continued growth. We address topics that highlight how to handle corporate politics, systemic racism, micro aggression, imposter syndrome, and conscious and unconscious bias. Topics they don’t cover in college that allow women to thrive in business, not just survive.
Reach Up, Reach Out and Reach Back
Mentorship, Sponsorship & Advocacy
Recruit experienced women business owners and executives from every industry and sector to become affiliated with The Bella Network as part of our program to assist with filling leadership roles within corporations and our own business endeavors.
