Brainstorm and Share Ideas

Establish an annual conference, complemented by monthly and quarterly events. Women can have access to each other at all senior and executive levels across industries and sectors to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, sponsorship, and innovation. We highlight Black women’s and other women of color’s experiences to address the inequalities that most companies and the women’s movement are scared to address.

Inspire

Elevate our personal career and life journey

Create opportunities for entrepreneurs and career women to share wisdom, develop accountability partnerships, and learn the skills required to scale to the next level.

Encourage

Unlock Our Greatest Potential

Link women to coaches, consultants, and seasoned professionals in collaboration with other organizations, and associations, to build their knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills for continued growth. We address topics that highlight how to handle corporate politics, systemic racism, microaggression, imposter syndrome, isolation, burnout, work-life balances and conscious and unconscious bias. Topics they don’t cover in college or most leadership development programs .

Uplift

Reach Up, Reach Out and Reach Back

Support a succession plan for Black women to increase the pool of qualified leaders for the VP and C-Suite level by recruiting experienced women business owners and executives from every industry and sector to become affiliated with The Bella Network as mentors, sponsors, allys, supporters, and advocates.
