We get college women to the doorsteps of Corporate America and then we abandon them.  We need to mentor them beyond the landmines. Each level of success requires it’s own skills to climb to the next level.

Remove the limit of geographical restraints and you may see your career grow much faster.  The world should be your professional playground. Don’t be afraid to leave home.
