Alisha White Madison is no stranger to corporate ascension — she’s lived it, led it, and learned from every level. Through her journey, she saw firsthand how many women, especially Black women, hold back in networking spaces, often feeling like outsiders or unsure of how to fully engage. She recognized that this caution, while understandable, often limits access to meaningful opportunities. In response, Alisha founded The Bella Network® in 2016 — a bold, intentional space for women to connect, collaborate, and rise together.
Passion
Alisha is where strategy meets soul. A polished professional with a deep well of purpose, she’s equal parts executive coach, visionary thinker, and sisterhood builder. She leads with heart — but always backs it with a spreadsheet. Known for curating spaces that foster authenticity, learning, and legacy, Alisha is passionate about lifting as she climbs. Her mantra, “For much one is given, much is required,” reflects her grounded leadership and commitment to making the journey easier for those who follow. Through The Bella Network, she’s created a movement of women who use their experience, voice, and wisdom to fuel collective elevation and empowerment.
Family
When she’s not mentoring, facilitating, or leading a boardroom breakout, Alisha recharges with her miniature poodle, Lola, or gets lost in a good book. She’s also a Harley-riding adventurer and avid world traveler, embracing every journey — near or far — with curiosity, courage, and joy.
