We offer monthly group professional leadership development coaching sessions for our paid members.

This is an opportunity to ask  the Bella community questions to get answers, and get feedback on current professional challenges and opportunities from Bella members, Advisory members or our Founder, Alisha during our group coaching sessions.

Our group coaching sessions provide the power of shared learning and experiences to:
* Improve leadership skills in the area of strategic thinking, driving innovation, maintaining positive relationships during adversity
* Collaboration of wisdom, best practices, and shared accountability
* Discuss how to apply new skills and mindset to current issues
* Amplify the impact of Black women reaching the next level of success
* Provide access to an array of successful and like-minded Black women
