Julius Henderson – President/Founder of Julius Henderson Inc.

In his late teens Julius Henderson was homeless, broken and without direction. At that desperate point in his life, he made the powerful and courageous decision to change his circumstances. He began his ascent by taking advantage of an opportunity to work for minimum wage with abused kids in Oakland, CA and within six years, shot through the ranks to become President of the company! Julius transformed the organization by implementing company expansion and developing training programs for the treatment staff that consisted of psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers. In 2000, he founded Julius Henderson Inc., a business and executive consulting firm providing management and customer service training to Fortune 500 Service Companies. In addition, Julius Henderson has authored five books; all dealing with different aspects of personal change. Julius has been an expert guest on many major media outlets across the nation including; Fox News Network, NBC – Morning Show, ABC – Early Morning Show and CBS – Early Morning Show.
