Similar to the California Women’s Conference, they have solicited success-minded professional speakers, panelist, executive coaches, business consultants and facilitators including HR officers, diversity officers, and “C-level” decision makers to lead sessions on developing and refining the skills that are essential to effective leadership for Women of Color.
The Bella Network, LLC is known locally in Southern California for offering events and workshops in support of career and professional development tailored to the challenges of minority professionals. Over the past two years, this conference has catalyzed support of West Coast minority women’s career development and this year will make the third year.
Similar to our company, The Bella Network understands that effective leadership is key to motivating and retaining a highly diverse and talented workforce but that the challenges of women of color are in some way unique and aren’t addressed in larger professional development venues.
